Since everything else in my life is changing, why not the blog too?

I've been wanting to change this blog for a while.  I think last summer, I even sat down and attempted to learn CSS once, but I was being far too ambitious about it, and ended up frustrating myself, consequently putting the kibbosh on any/all blog re-designs.

This time, I decided to keep the layout simple and colorful (much like myself).  I celebrated a small CSS victory last night by rocking out to Britney Spears, and announcing to the habitants of the kitchen that I had finally gotten the spacing right on the stupid effing navigation bar.  No one really celebrated with me, but that's ok.  Britney and I did just fine by ourselves.

The new blog will go live 10/1.  You might start to see some smallish changes prior to that date as I update and revamp things in the sidebars.  There may also be a daily photo section, or a daily style section...  We shall see how much I can accomplish in the next couple weeks...
